The mayor of Totana, Juan José Cánovas, and the president of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs "Guadalentín Emprende", Ana Jiménez Morillas, signed a collaboration agreement yesterday to promote entrepreneurial culture and the creation of companies in the municipality of Totana, whose act was held in the auditorium of the Business Nursery.
The purpose of this agreement, which was already approved at the time by the Local Government Board, is basically to create a framework for collaboration and cooperation between the Totanero Consistory and this entity aimed at promoting the creation of businesses by young people in the municipal sphere.
Under this agreement, the celebration was announced, in fact, of a training day on Thursday, February 6, also in the Business Nursery, jointly organized by the Level Up Consultant, "Guadalentín Emprende" and the Consistory totanero, under the title "Show me the pasta".
The speaker of the talk will be Pablo Carcelén and will be held from 10:00 to 11:45 hours within the framework of an attractive coffee-breakfast format and Networking dynamics among the attendees.
In addition, the realization of the agreement will encourage the support of the exercise of business activities by said group during the first years of its establishment, aimed at its consolidation and consolidation, as well as the promotion of entrepreneurial culture.
Under this agreement, collaboration and cooperation between the two entities will translate, without constituting a closed relationship, in the development of different actions, such as the promotion of entrepreneurship and the professionalization of young entrepreneurs;
and the realization and dissemination of new business opportunities among potential entrepreneurs in the municipality.
Similarly, individualized information, guidance, advice and support will be promoted for entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs;
as well as the organization of talks, workshops and seminars on entrepreneurial culture;
and the celebration of conferences between businessmen and entrepreneurs to share experiences.
In particular, "Guadalentín Emprende" will carry out, with the collaboration of the City Council, the organization of one or two annual conferences aimed at entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs or students of the economics and professional training branches of the teaching centers of the municipality.
The Guadalentín Young Entrepreneurs Association "Guadalentín Emprende" is a non-profit business organization that associates young entrepreneurs under the age of forty, whose purposes include the representation, management and defense of the professional and business interests of its members , and the promotion and promotion of business generation for them, through the activities and the means at their disposal.
The Consistory, in its field of competence, must carry out actions aimed at promoting local employment, said objective being the backbone of all the measures adopted to activate the sectors of the local economy that are considered potential employment sites.
The City Council will contribute in each year of duration of this agreement, for the achievement of its objectives, with an economic contribution of 300 euros;
Said expense shall be charged to the corresponding budgetary application of the general budget of 2020 and 2021, which shall become effective once this agreement is signed.
The credit required to meet the 2021 obligation is conditioned on its effective budgetary appropriation in said fiscal year.
After the act of signing the agreement between the two entities, the Business Nursery hosted a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association "Guadalentín Emprende", whose entity has a total of 150 partners of which six develop their activity in Totana.
