Come to Move Sports Centre where you´ll find more than 2.500 m2 of facilities designed for your comfort. Move have two pools for swimming and supervised classes as well as a spa and a relaxation space, 2 paddle tennis courts, fitness room (over 450 square meters equipped with cutting-edge equipment and technology), a spinning room for the practice of cycling and three rooms for guided activities, including a range of activities and a great team of professionals at your disposal
Activities
A set of activities with a predominant intention of improving cardiovascular health. They combine different training systems to improve the cardiac and respiratory systems. These are activities that are performed continuously with low and moderate levels of intensity. The classes are designed to help people with different fitness levels, by adjusting the levels of physical challenges for each participant. Regular practice of these activities can improve body condition, decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and have a preventive effect on health and encourage an active and positive state of mind.
Cycling
Activity without any joint impact which
is easy and quick to learn. In these sessions§ the rhythm of the music is
worked, incorporating changes of intensity and rhythm, using an exercise bike.
It is essential to use the heart rate monitor to have control of the working heart
rate.
Zumba
The training consists of routines that intersperse fast and slow rhythms with resistance exercises. With this combination the body is toned and sculpted by burning calories. Add a little Latin flavor and enthusiasm into this mixture and you have a Zumba class. This season for the first time the Zumba class is included in the membership subscription so it does cost any extra.
Aquatic
These are group activities led by a specialist. They may be choreographed and use materials of different types. They are currently an alternative for people who can not swim (shallow pool), but understand their effects and want their benefit.
Within the field of health and building physical capabilities, the inclusion water classes is getting bigger. It brings together the benefits of many of the areas of water activities such as recreational, maintenance-training and sports.
Aquagym
Water activity with musical accompaniment that aims to maintain the general physical condition using diverse material.

Swimming classes aimed at pregnant women
Senior Citizens 1
Activity aimed at senior citizens. It takes place in a deep pool and combines water gymnastics with low level swimming.
Senior Citizens 2
Activity aimed at senior citizens. It takes place in a deep pool and will focus on cardiovascular improvement and swimming learning.
Toning Classes
Group activities focusing mainly on the muscular system, with the aim of improving muscle condition. Developing as a priority, the main muscle groups of the body in a strength, progressive and motivating way. An alternative to the traditional workouts in the fitness room. It recognises the importance of work to activate the muscle system to prevent degenerative diseases of the skeleton. These classes should be practiced with caution, with light weights and using many repetitions, this ensures controlled movements correctly implemented; being aware of the work being done and why we do it this way.
Abdominal
30-minute session where the abdomen is trained to work in a controlled manner and with postural correction and safety.
Gap
30-minute session aimed at strengthening and defining the muscles of the buttocks, abdomen and legs, through specific exercises
Move Pump
Very motivating choreographic method, to develop strength and resistance in the most important muscle groups in the body. An alternative to conventional workouts and an ideal complement to combine with other activities. It works with specific bars and discs with light weights.
Weight Training
Bodybuilding and toning of upper and lower groups in the room. We have cutting edge treadmills, cross trainers and other machines.

Mixed Activities
Activities
that seek to improve the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as
improving muscle strength and endurance, combining these two types of work in a
balanced way. The result is improved overall fitness.
Aerotone
Non-choreographed session, of medium and high intensity that works on the improvement or maintenance of the general physical condition.
Move Combat
Body Combat is an aerobic work sport that uses routines that include fist-based movements and kicks. What makes them successful, they say, is that their adrenaline-laden movements are stimulating for those who practice them, producing a sense of security and power, also helping to lose weight and being an intense and practical way to release stress.
Cross Fitness
Also referred to as circuit training, cross fitness is
any combination of exercise designed to develop a well-rounded athlete. A cross training workout
will likely include elements of cardio, strength and flexibility training.
Relaxation and Injury Prevention
Activities that seek harmony of body and mind through movement, breathing, awareness of one’s body, and balance. Postural correction, and relaxation are among the many benefits. These are activities which by their content and objectives are highly recommended to improve body awareness, managing stress and giving body control to help improve general posture and prevent workplace-based problems. The classes Improve self-knowledge, personal autonomy and increase confidence and self esteem.
Healthy Back
Holistic activity that works the core and the spine to rebalance your body, from a series of exercises that create good posture and increase knowledge of your own body.
Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an
individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a
particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and
achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Pilates
Method that helps by stretching, flexing and toning the large muscle groups, not forgetting small deep muscles, such as the pelvic and abdominal area.
Yoga
Oriental method aimed at improving body awareness and a better general health, channeling body energy through breathing and learning sustained body positions based on mobility and body flexibility.
