Circular route with beginning and end in the Villa of Aledo. This route is a basic level, both technical and physical, and aims to show part of the legacies, geological, cultural and architectural history left in the southern slope of Sierra Espuña, within the municipalities of Aledo and Totana.

Route Description
Starting at the Plaza de La Diputación
of Aledo, the route goes to the Sanctuary of La Santa, where you can visit its
interior, after passing through the Arch of Aledo, ride for 5 km on a beautiful
tour inside the park Natural of Sierra Espuña to the place of Las
Alquerías. From here you will start a long descent between parrales to
enter one of the most beautiful geological corners of the Region of Murcia, El
Strait of Arboleja, located in the middle section of the Rambla of Lebor.
The final section takes you to the neighborhood of Las Canales and later
Patalache, where you will find the remains of one of the eight windmills found
on the Rambla de Los Molinos. This mill of Patalache, is the one in better
state of repair and is next to the Cave of the Mauta.
You will make the final assault by the steep hill of Las Cuestas, to the Medieval
Villa of Aledo until you arrive at the Tower of Homage, also known like La Calahorra,
the stop here is essential, mainly to take a breather and to be able to admire
the scenery from the viewpoint that surrounds the tower, the Gate of
Traditions, La Picota and the ruins of the old wall that fortified the
town. Before ending the route in the Plaza de la Diputación, it is worth exploring
its narrow streets and corners.

Route of La Bastida
The route of this route will show us a tour of the most representative places of the municipality of Totana, its old orchards, to take us to its most ancestral origins in the Siege of the Bastida, the Troy of the West.
Route Description
This route was designed for people who are looking for another way to get to know the local culture by doing some exercise. The route is 20 km long and should take about 2 to 3 hours depending on the level and designed for any type of physical level, and it can be done on either a mountain bike or a hybrid bike.The route is 90% asphalt terrain, leaving the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja de Totana begins its journey on the left bank of the Rambla de La Santa through the Arch of San Pedro de la Ollerías old aqueduct of the 18th century in the direction of the orchards of Totana, showing the urban heritage of the old houses of the 19th and 20th century and the legacy of arches that exist along the route, which historically connected the network of irrigation pipes. You will arrive at the site of La Bastida, the main point of this route, where there will be a guided tour by the staff of the site and then followed by a ride back to the center of the old town of Totana.

Terms and Conditions of Use:
To establish a confirmed booking
for use of your chosen bicycle, a security DEPOSIT is required, which varies
with each model:
· City Bicycle - 100 Euros
· Mountain Bike - 200 Euros
· Road Bike- Aluminium - 300 Euros
· Road Bike- Carbon - 500 Euros
· E- Bike - 700 Euros
The deposit will be charged
independently from the rental fee, and will require a valid credit card and NIE
or identification document.
This DEPOSIT will be reimbursed
once the bicycles have been inspected and confirmed to be in the same conditions
as when they were rented out. Without this obligatory deposit, any order
regarding or requesting use of one or more bicycles will be considered null and
void.
The bicycles are in New/Semi-new
condition and will be handed over in a fully inspected condition, to which the
responsibility falls upon the customer to maintain and look after them. We will
take care of any repairs that are attributed to mechanical or fabrication
defects, but customers are obligated to pay for any repairs or faults that are
attributed to improper or misuse of the bicycles.
Bicycles
must be reserved with 48 hours notice, if not, availability is not guaranteed.
