D’Tablas is completely dedicated to the catering industry in the town of Totana and have a renowned restaurant in Calle Santomera.
On the menus you can see the care and taste for good cuisine which is always supported by traditional roots of Mediterranean cuisine and the land. All this seasoned by the influence of some of the best-known international cuisines, such as Asian or European, that can be tasted in their themed nights or special dishes.
They have an extensive range of local wines and gourmet dishes for the most demanding clients and are also specialists in grilled meats, fish and fresh seafood.
Their gastronomic events are made up of a taster menu that depends on the theme (Wines and cheeses, Asian cuisine, etc ...), always accompanied by a speciality from the best local produce.

relatively new restaurant with roots in Mediterranean tradition and food. Their
experience in the kitchen and their desire to innovate and improve offers their
customers the best in terms of quality of food and drink and service.
The menu del dia is taken from favourites on the main menu and is probably the best on offer in the town in terms of quality and price.
