The Plenary Session of the City Council of Totana will hold an ordinary session corresponding to the month of November this Thursday, November 28, at 7:00 p.m., in order to inform the Plenary of the reports issued on follow-up in different Adjustment Plans.
In addition, the proposals of the Mayor's Office for the initial approval of the municipal ordinance regulating urban public transport, regular for special use in Totana;
as well as another related to the partial repayment of a reference loan with the bank Banco Sabadell, on the occasion of the remaining Treasury for general expenses resulting from the settlement of the 2018 fiscal year.
The agenda includes the proposal of the Councilor for Social Welfare to approve the draft of a collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Interior, through the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions, and the City of Totana aimed at complying with labor penalties in Community benefit.
Motions municipal groups
The corporate will discuss the motion of the Municipal Group Win Totana-IU on the accession of the City of Totana to the Spanish Network of Healthy Cities.
In addition, several motions are presented by the Popular Municipal Group to request the start-up of the operation of the bar-cafeteria service of the Totana municipal park, request the immediate action in accordance with roads and streets of the municipality, and the need to create a joint commission to study the pedestrianization of different areas of our municipality.
The Popular Municipal Group presents another in relation to the defense of the freedom of choice of the educational center.
For its part, the Municipal Socialist Group also presents several motions to change the traffic lanes on a stretch of Juan Carlos I avenue in Totana, and to establish a noise-free day at the next fairgrounds of the patron saint parties to meet the needs of people with neurodevelopmental disorder (ASD, epilepsy, etc.).
Likewise, the PSOE has raised more motions regarding the implementation of a direct bus transport line to the "Rafael Méndez" hospital in Lorca;
and another to regulate and regulate the circulation of personal mobility vehicles (VMP).
Finally, the agenda includes a motion by the Joint Municipal Group for the defense of equal treatment between de facto couples and marriages in access to the widow's pension.
