The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Sports, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, to sign a collaboration agreement with the Olympic Club of Totana for the use of the municipal field "Juan Cayuela.
The duration of the agreement will be for a sports season, beginning with the current 2019/2020, expressly extendable up to a maximum of four.
The agreement is intended to facilitate the use of the municipal stadium for the totanero club in order to develop the activities included in its statutes under its responsibility, in this case, training and matches.
In addition, the Olympic Club of Totana must make available to the Base Football Club Totana the days and hours that are not used for the development of the functions of said sport.
The Department may use the facility as long as you need it, for the organization of events linked and organized directly by this municipal department.
Likewise, it will collaborate with the club in the maintenance of the field of natural grass, mowed, field marking, curing, paying and making an annual reseeding, which will establish the agreed date with the club.
For its part, the club is obliged to take care and ensure the perfect use of the material used as well as the good state of installation assigned including its cleaning (stands, benches, perimeters of the field, toilets, changing rooms, cleaning of bins, etc.).
It will also undertake repairs or actions that, due to their seriousness or need for immediacy, were necessary.
For the exercise of the canteen activity located on the municipal premises, the club will have to comply with current regulations and have the necessary stipulated authorizations and permits.
