The Local Government Board has approved to initiate the file to contract the service of removal of vehicles from public roads and disposal of abandoned vehicles as urban solid waste in the municipality of Totana.
In addition, it has been agreed to process the aforementioned contract by means of a simplified open procedure, the sole price being the award criteria;
as well as the list of legal and economic-administrative clauses.
The service has the objective of complying with the traffic, environment and other concordant regulations, given that the City Council lacks material and human resources to provide the service.
The Local Police sometimes have to immobilize and remove vehicles from the public highway by crane and transfer to the municipal warehouse and others to the treatment center for the destruction of the final vehicle of its useful life.
