The Local Government Board has awarded the minor contract to draw up the inventory of public domain occupation in rustic land for high-voltage electrical installations, gas and water, for the purpose of applying the rate established in the municipal ordinance.
The aforementioned contract has been agreed in favor of the company "Hijos de Valbuena y Ron, SL" for 11,683.76 euros VAT included.
The City Council already agreed on January 31 to carry out a municipal ordinance to public energy transport facilities as soon as possible and that such rate be applied as is done in other municipalities. The Plenary session, in session held on 30 October, initially agreed to the tax ordinance regulating the rate of occupation of the municipal public domain for private use or special use of the local public domain of the facilities for transporting electricity, gas, water and hydrocarbons.
This is applied considering that the City Council of Totana is in a precarious economic situation, there being a need for collection to comply with the objectives of the current Economic Sanitation Plan.
