The Local Government Board has recently approved the establishment of productivity supplements for municipal employees for the exercise of Service Headquarters, Service Coordination and Service Responsibility, as can be seen from the Mayor's proposal.
In this way, the following criteria are established for the allocation of productivity supplements: Service Headquarters (600 euros), Service Coordinator (300 euros) and Services Manager (150 euros).
To date, the different municipal services do not have a head of the same, being necessary to be named for the proper functioning of the municipal organization, all without prejudice to its proper regulation through the List of Jobs (RPT) .
The proposal reflects that, as long as the corresponding RPT is not carried out, it is necessary to pay the special dedication and interest involved in the assignment of responsibility for a specific service.
As of October 16, this proposal has already been submitted for consideration by the Negotiating Table of the City Council of Totana.
The productivity supplement is intended to reward the special performance, extraordinary activity and interest or initiative with which the official performs his work.
