The XXIX Festival of Music Bands "Ciudad de Totana" will be held on July 20, while the concert "A Rock a banda 2.0" will be on the 27th of the same month within the program of cultural activities of the patron saint festivities of Santiago;
and organized both by the Musical Association of Totana.
The mayor, Juan José Cánovas, has presented the two activities together with the president of the Musical Group of Totana, Blasi Montes, the band's director, José Ãngel Palazón, and the band musician and professor at the School of Music, María Corbalán
The auditorium of the municipal park "Marcos Ortiz" will host on Saturday, July 20, the XXIX Band Festival "Ciudad de Totana", with the participation of the following bands: Muleña Musical Group, Villa de Fuente Ãlamo Musical Group and Totana Musical Group.
At 20:00 hours, the parade will start from the Plaza de la Constitución to the municipal park, so that upon arrival at the auditorium there will be a reception by the municipal authorities as has been done.
The festival will start at 9:00 p.m. and is free.
The users of the Day Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities, together with their monitor Pako Salzedo, are preparing the gift that will be given to each of the bands participating in this event.
Concert "A Rock a banda 2.0"
In addition, the other activity will take place on Saturday, July 27, at 9:00 p.m. with the Concert "A rock a banda 2.0.", With the participation of the Music Band of the Totana Music Group and the Carivete FM Group. .
The concert is a repeat of the one that was held last January at the Cine Velasco, given the great acceptance it had and the requests that have had to make it again.
In this concert there will be a bar service by the Brotherhood of Prayer in the Garden;
and the ticket price is 3 euros in advance and 5 euros at the box office, respectively.
