The Local Government Board has recently approved the initiation of the proceeding to contract, by simplified summary procedure, the rehabilitation and paving of the Totana Cemetery Road for an amount of 35,720.07 euros.
This work is co-financed through a direct grant from the General Directorate of Local Administration included in the Cooperation Plan for the Works and Services of the Municipal Competition (POS) corresponding to the annuities 2018/2019, so that the Autonomous Community contributes 9.267, 69 euros and the City Council the remaining 26,452.38 euros.
The proposal also includes the list of legal and economic-administrative clauses drafted by the General Secretariat that will govern the bidding and awarding of this contract to undertake this complementary work of the aforementioned program.
