The Councilor for Human Resources, Gertrudis Ruiz, will raise, through a motion, to the ordinary plenary session of tomorrow, the last ordinary session of this legislature, the new framework agreement for public employees of the City Council after being recently agreed upon in the Negotiation table with union representatives of municipal workers.
The initiative proposes to approve the text agreed by the Negotiating Table, dated April 11, which includes the application agreement to the staff of the Totana City Council;
and that has been signed with each of the union sections with representation in the Consistory.
This agreement regulates the working conditions of public employees who provide services in the different municipal areas for the totanero Consistory, and receives their salaries under Chapter I of the Municipal Budget, whenever the rules agreement has been negotiated regulating the working conditions of public employees.
As reported by the Municipal Intervention, the personnel chapter must cover at this time the salaries of staff adapted to the law approved for 2019 in terms of personnel, or with the credit foreseen in the budget, in force the extension of 2018, or adjusting it if necessary with the corresponding budget modifications, in case it exceeds the levels of linkage in force in the budget.
The Personnel Board and the Works Committee have been working with the Human Resources Department during the entire Legislature on the Negotiating Table in this agreement regarding collective bargaining, where the union sections and the Municipal Corporation itself are represented. .
