A total of 48 students from five schools in Totana have participated this year in the V Literary Contest "Morerica Galán", whose awards were given yesterday to celebrate the Day of the Book in an act that took place in the municipal library "Mateo García" from this town.
The event was attended by the promoter Morerica Galán, the councilor Antonia Camacho and the members of the jury;
whose contest this edition has been about "Living together together".
The participating educational centers were "Comarcal Deitania", "San José", "Tierno Galván", "Juan de la Cierva" and "La Milagrosa".
The jury was composed by Morerica Galán, the writer María José Valenzuela and the librarian Isabel Román;
who have reevaluated the absence of spelling mistakes, the correct punctuation, creativity and originality of the texts in both modalities, poetry and short stories, respectively.
The winners in the story mode have been:

The activity is part of the twenty events organized by the Department of Culture during this month of April on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Book in this municipality.
