The Department of Economic Development reports that the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment has approved the call for subsidies to promote permanent employment and non-work placements in the Region of Murcia for enrolled in the Youth Guarantee System corresponding to Exercise 2019.
Said applications will be granted according to the order of entry of the requests up to the limit of the established budget credit;
and indefinite contracts made full time or part time (at least 50% of the working day to 50%) of enrolled in the Youth Guarantee System resident in the Region of Murcia will be eligible.
SMEs and self-employed workers whose center of work for which the subsidized activity is carried out will be located in the Region of Murcia.
The general requirements to be fulfilled by companies are to be up to date in fulfilling their obligations with the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community, the Tax Agency and Social Security.
Likewise, they must not be subject to any of the cases established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS.
The aforementioned requirements must be accredited before the proposal for resolution of grant award is issued.
The following are excluded from this subsidy:
The hiring, conversion or realization of non-work practices with workers who have provided services in the same company, linked or group of companies, in the 24 months prior to the date of contract with an indefinite contract.
Companies that do not keep the worker for whom the subsidy was requested (unless they have communicated to the SEF the data of the substitute that meets the same characteristics as the person to be replaced within 3 months of their removal).
The hiring that affects relatives of up to 2ยบ inclusive degree, of the industralist, positions of direction and assimilated.
And other assumptions established in this resolution.
The amount of subsidies granted may not exceed the cost of the activity the limit provided by the community regulations according to the "minimis" standard.
Likewise, these subsidies are incompatible with others that can be received for the same purpose except for the discounts or reductions in the corresponding Social Security contributions according to current legislation.
The amount for each individual contract made under these rules amounts, as a general rule, to 6,000 euros for full-time contracts and 3,000 euros for those made part-time.
In the case of contracts with university graduates in Contribution Groups 1 and 2, these amounts amount to 7,500 euros and 3,750 euros, respectively.
A maximum limit of 5 subsidies covered by this program per company is established for the 2019 fiscal year.
As for the applications, they will be formalized in the single instance model available on the page www.sefcarm, section "grants and subsidies" (procedure code 1204), accompanied by the responsible declaration of the applicant stating that it meets the requirements to be a beneficiary of this grant.
The filing period will be 15 days from the date of registration in the Social Security of the worker.
For the hirings made from January 1, 2019 and the date of publication in the BORM of the extract of this call, the term is 15 days from the day following the same.
In all cases, the date of September 30, 2019 is established as the deadline for the submission of applications.
