The Service of Advice to the User of the Municipal Services of the Department of Economic Development of the Totana City Council reminds that, according to the Ministry of Ecological Transition, all households that meet the criteria will be able to continue opting for this 2019 for electricity, the Electric Social Bond, destined to all those with special economic needs.
On October 8, some aspects were modified with the intention of facilitating and maintaining the provision of these groups.

The prohibition to cut off the supply in the houses where a child under 16 lives, a person with a disability level of 33% or higher or a dependent person of grade II and III.
Specific income criteria are determined for these groups, especially in the case of women, since 85% of single-parent households have a mother in front.
The limits of energy consumption with a right to discount are increased by 15%.
With all this, it facilitates the protection of households with fewer resources during the months of greatest consumption, with reductions in the electricity bill between 25 and 40% discount both in terms of energy and power.
