The Local Police of Totana has made a total of 48 complaints or removal of administrative acts for breach of Municipal Ordinances, Law of Protection of Citizen Security and other regulations during the last weeks, especially, coinciding with the celebration of the Christmas holidays.
In this sense, they have opened two catering establishments for violating the Municipal Ordinance against the Emission of Noises and Vibrations: one for having music on the terrace without authorization, and another for the inconvenience caused by the customers of the premises outside it. .
In addition, another ten have been made for contravening the Municipal Ordinance of Urban Hygiene: six of them for throwing glass beer bottles to the public thoroughfare in the Garden of La Milagrosa and in the Garden of the Scale, and four for urinating and spitting in the presence of agents on public roads.
Ten others have also been processed for violating the Ordinance Regulating the Sale and Supply of Alcoholic Beverages and Consumption in Public Roads: two to hotel and multi-price establishments, in both cases for supplying drinks after 22:00 hours for consumption Immediate on public roads;
eight for consuming alcohol on public roads in the intermodal station, in the gardens of La Báscula and La Milagrosa and on Sánchez street.
Two others were promoted for transgressing Law 28/2005 on health measures against smoking: one for a hotel establishment for allowing smoking inside the premises;
and another to the client who was smoking inside the store.
Likewise, three complaints were processed for violating Law 9/2016 on urgent measures regarding public events: three to catering establishments for non-compliance with the closing hours.
In some of them it was observed by the acting police agents that the clients entered and left the premises even though the doors were closed.
By not opening the door to the agents and allowing their entry, has also been upheld by refusal to inspection, Article 36.13 of the LO 4/2015 of Protection of Citizen Security (serious fault, punishable between 601 and 10,000 euros) .
The Local Police promoted five procedures for violating Law 4/2000 on Rights and Freedoms of foreigners in Spain: four of them because they are irregularly in Spanish territory;
and one for the omission or delay in the communication to the Spanish authorities of the change of address
During this time, the agents denounced 15 people for violating the Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Public Safety: five for causing disorder on public roads;
four for disobedience or resistance to the agents of the authority (refusal to identify or identify with false data) and six for possession or consumption of drugs or narcotics on public roads.
Finally, three more cases were opened for contravening the Municipal Ordinance of Activities: two to catering establishments for not having a security extinguisher in place enabled, and another to prevent the emergence of emergencies.
