The Councilor for Education of the City of Totana, Eulalia Moreno, participates in the II Congress of Education in Active Democracy, which is held from October 25 to 27 in Jaraba (Zaragoza), making known the experiences of the Children's Plenary and other educational programs Municipalities developed by their department during this term.
