The Department of Culture held yesterday, at the headquarters of the Community of Irrigators, the round table entitled "The arrival of the transfer to Totana: Finally water!", Which took place on the occasion of the program of cultural and social events organized with reason for the Centennial of the City 1918-2018;
and in which the socioeconomic consequences that for this municipality had its construction as well as the perspectives of political future were debated.
This initiative was framed within the more than a dozen varied activities that make up the program of cultural and social events scheduled by this Council to culminate the last quarter of the Centennial of the City, which is held until December this year to commemorate this anniversary .
In the round table, which opened the mayor Andrés García, participated the president of the Community of Irrigators, Felipe Andreo, the agricultural entrepreneur, Fernando Costa Crespo, the technician of the joint body, Fernando Costa Hernández, and his secretary, Jerónimo Cánovas Martínez.
The event was attended by representatives of the municipal Corporation and the agricultural business fabric of the municipality, as well as with executives of the community organ.
