Totana hosts, from October 26 to November 4, the 6th Murcian Regional Ornithological Championship to be held in the "Capuchin Parents" Pavilion of the Municipal Sports Center "6 de Diciembre" of this town, which will house more than 2,800 copies and about 200 breeders, some arrived from Alicante and Almeria.
The Mayor, Andrés García, the Councilor for Sports, Isabel María Molino, and the President of the Ornithological Sports Association "Santa Eulalia" (ADOSET), José Navarro, as well as its Vice President, Jose Valenzuela, presented this event that will gather fans of This discipline from different points of the Region of Murcia and other Spanish provinces.
The opening to the public will be from November 1 to 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and those interested in registering have until October 22 to participate in this event.
The inauguration will be on November 1, starting at 8:30 p.m.
The mayor encouraged the lovers of this discipline to attend this sports center to enjoy the animals and congratulated ADOSET for the organization of this important ornithological exhibition at the regional level.
At present, ADOSET has about a hundred members, of which approximately 40 are federated.
