On the occasion of the celebration on October 12 of the institutional act of homage to the Flag of Spain coinciding with the Day of the National Holiday of Spain and the onomastics of the Virgen del Pilar, patron of the Civil Guard, the Popular Party of Totana begins tomorrow October 2 a campaign of distribution of flags of Spain to look on the balconies of the municipality during these days.
From the Popular Party of Totana and before these days of sovereign challenges we consider it necessary to defend the unity of Spain, the constitutional framework, the rule of law and of course our flag because those are the principles that sustain our democracy.
For the municipality to carry out this tribute to the Flag of Spain, from the Popular Party begins a campaign to distribute (until the end of stock) flags of Spain to be held at the headquarters of the Popular Party of Totana located in the Avda. Rambla de la Santa noon on October 2, 4 and 9, 2018 from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
As we have said on numerous occasions, we are proud to be totaneros, Murcia and above all we are proud to be Spanish.
Our flag symbolizes the constitutional, open, tolerant and solidary Spain of which we can all be proud to be part and which has cost us so much to get here, thanks to the work and effort of several generations of Spaniards.
It is clear that in a civilized, democratic, tolerant and pluralistic society we all win.
But there are those who insist on not respecting the thoughts of others.
From here, invite the totaneros to place the Spanish flag on their balcony and attend the celebration of the institutional act of homage to the Spanish flag that will be held on Friday, October 12 at 1:00 p.m. Totana City Council, coinciding with the Day of the National Holiday of Spain and the onomastics of the Virgen del Pilar, patron of the Civil Guard, in the Plaza de la Constitución of this town, in front of the Santa Eulalia temple.
