The Plenary of the City of Totana debate, in the ordinary session corresponding to the month of September, the proposal of the Mayor's office on the approval of the general municipal budget for the year 2018, composed of the budgets of the City Council and the private municipal companies PROINVITOSA Y CEDETO, SL.
The Mayor's proposal proposes initially to approve the aforementioned general budget, the basis for its execution and the staffing for the 2018 fiscal year, which includes active staff credits in the current year.
The consolidated budget (City Council and both municipal companies) amounts to 31,924,095.33 euros, which is subject to a binding report from the Ministry of Finance and Public Function in compliance with the regulations in force and the Adjustment Plan to which the Consistory is conditioned. totanero
In this case, the royal decrees of urgent measures against the delinquency of the public administrations and of support to local entities with financial problems, and of financial sustainability of the autonomous communities and local entities and others of an economic nature, all due to the adhesion of the Consistory to the royal decree payments to suppliers and for the loans formalized for the Ordination Fund.
