Users of the Summer School that the Association of Rare Diseases D'Genes carries out this month in Totana have visited this morning the City Council of this municipality, within the framework of the departures and scheduled activities.
The assistants, accompanied by their monitors, have gone to the town hall, where they have been received by the mayor, Andrés García, and the councilor of the Treasury, Ana María Cánovas, who have taught them some of the main municipal offices and explained to them the operation of the main organs of the institution.
The first mayor has attended them in his office and has also shown them the plenary room, where he has explained, among other aspects, the functioning of the plenary sessions and the composition of the municipal corporation.
In addition, he has also attended to the questions and questions that the children have asked him.
This outing has been one of the last activities in the framework of this year's Summer School, a program that will conclude tomorrow.
