The Local Government Board has agreed to commit in the municipal budget for 2018 the amount of 98,742 euros, in order to provide mandatory municipal funding to obtain the nominative grant provided for the City of Totana in the amount of 296,643 euros for development of the Municipal Social Services of Primary Attention.
The Plan Concertado for the development of basic social services benefits, started in 1988, has meant during these years of application, the development and consolidation of the basic network of social services of primary care.
This Plan has used as a methodology the agreement and cooperation between the Central, Autonomic and Local Administration.
This public network has determined that the community equipment is the Social Services Center, which in the case of the municipality of Totana is equipped with a team of professionals whose actions extend to the entire population in general, and in particular to citizens in a situation of greater need and social exclusion.
In this framework, the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities, through the General Directorate of Family and Social Policies, communicates to the City of Totana the proposed grant of nominative grant amounting to 296,643 euros for the development of Social Services of Primary Care for 2018.
This proposal has been agreed upon given that the municipal financing commitment for the acceptance of such a grant must be 98,742.00 euros (25% of the total project) and seen the attached certificate of the accidental intervenor in which the existence of credit available in the current budget of the City Council for 2018 (extended 2017), to meet the aforementioned economic obligation.
