The Local Board of Municipal Government has declared, in its last ordinary session, the resolution for cause attributable to the winner of the contract of the assistance service for the preparation of inventory and valuation of municipal assets, which was held from March 4, 2015 and the seizure of the definitive guarantee amounting to 995 euros. This resolution is formalized for breach of the contractor after being corroborated with the opinion of the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia on June 27.
Already by agreement of the Local Government Board was adopted on April 12 start the resolution file for breach.
In addition, on May 4, the contractor filed a statement of objections opposing the termination of the contract, alleging that the delay had been motivated by having to review the accounting summary for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017;
and for not being able to dispose until March 2 of the municipal concessions.
So, on May 24 the Mayor, in view of the legal report dated May 22, 2018 from the General Secretary of the City Council, dictates Resolution 1519/2018 by which the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia is requested to issue of the mandatory legal report on the proposed termination of the contract and, where appropriate, the seizure of the bond and compensation for damages and suspension of the maximum period to resolve the procedure.
