Users of the different disability centers of the Region of Murcia, in this case, APANDIS of La Hoya (Lorca), AIDEMAR of San Javier and the Day Center People with Mental Illness "José Moya" of Totana participated, for the fourth consecutive year , in a sports day of coexistence in the Sports Pavilion "Padres Capuchinos" of the Municipal Sports Center "6 de Diciembre", playing a futsal competition and different competitions.
The awarding of trophies was attended by the Councilor for Finance and Contracting, Ana María Cánovas, together with the director of the Day Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities "José Moya Trilla", Ana García, and other professionals of the center;
who delivered the prizes to the winning students of the centers.
During this day skill competitions, launch, and finally enjoyed a swim in the pool and a refreshing shower in order to motivate those with difficulties, as well as promote self-esteem and demonstrate that they are able to overcome any physical and mental barrier that is present in their day to day, and at the same time spend a day enjoying the sport.
