In this way, the approval of the new volunteers Agustín Pérez Martínez, Pedro Antonio Sánchez López, Adrián Romero Gázquez, Ginés Rosa Viñot, Santiago Rosa Galán, Catalina García Cabrera and Pedro Antonio Rubio Martínez has been approved, as a collaborator architect;

The Association of Volunteers of Civil Protection in Totana has been developing a wide range of functions, such as in support of the fire station, emergency service, forest monitoring, among others, its presence being necessary for the development of any type of event, be it , religious, sports, musical, institutional, etcetera, in this municipality.
The Municipal Civil Protection Service was constituted as such in 2003 with the aim of adapting it to the structural and social changes of the municipality, and to the citizen's demand for more and better services, becoming one of the basic citizen services in this population.
At present, the facilities of Civil Protection of Totana are located in the old "La Cruz" School, and has a large number of volunteers, about 40 regulars on average, and action units that have been expanded with the step of the time to provide a better service to the totanera society in services and actions in which they are required.
