The Department of Health submitted a proposal to the plenary, that s ecelebrará Thursday March 25 to approve the Cooperation Agreement between the Health Service of Murcia and Totana City Council to provide public assistance for medical transport in Primary Care Health Centre in the town to get a full and adequate healthcare.
By signing this agreement, the City of Totana shall undertake to make available a municipal ambulance assistance with equipment for basic life support and train drivers, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 21:00 pm for the medical transport service in the town of Totana.
Also, the Consistory is committed to maintaining a permanent service for the use of the ambulance in extraordinary cases outside regular hours of operation, and maintenance of the vehicle costs such as fuel, repairs and insurance, among other things.
For his part, Murcia Health Service undertakes to maintain the sanitary equipment of the ambulance and make available, when necessary, medical personnel, which usually serves the basic health area of Totana, at the discretion of the attending physician Murciano Health Service or the Emergency Coordination Centre.
