The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, has taken possession of the Vice President of the Commonwealth Tourism "Espuña" in a plenary event which took place in the barracks Air Squadron Air Surveillance No. 13 (EVA13), located in the Peppers Espuña.
