The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, recalled that from now on the works and services contracted by the City to negotiate with revenues exceeding € 200,000 will have a new baremación to encourage the recruitment of unemployed in the municipality.
As indicated Martínez Andreo, 40 percent of the total weight of the baremación for the award of such works and services will be for companies that hire unemployed people.
So, as the mayor explained, from now on the scale in the procurement process will have as main objective to incorporate the labor market to those people who are unemployed.
In this way the scale will be 40 for hiring unemployed, 30 percent of the technical improvements brought to 30 the price bid of the tender.
This new initiative, launched to counter the effects of the crisis and to help residents of the municipality was incorporated into the labor market, has other advantages for the worker, as in the specifications will include the new hire must keep his job until the end of the service or until the completion of the work.
