The works carried out by the Department of Planning and Sustainable Development, street paving Santomera from San Antonio Street to the roundabout on the street Alhama, including the Local Investment Plan, have been completed.
The works, as reported by the council of Planning and Sustainable Development, María José Bedia, during a visit to them, consisted in the creation of an elevated walkway up to the Consum supermarket, the placement of new grids for rainwater harvesting, the whole street paving and painting for pedestrian crossings and parking.
The works, which have been carried out by the company Asphalt Pavement Lario, SL amounting '22 award of 83,872 euros, began in late June and are finalized in early July.
As the mayor explained Sustainable Development, María José Bedia, these works were intended to consolidate the various neighborhoods of Totana, to make the best and in optimal conditions commonly used public space.
