The councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García, recalled the foundations of the Competition IV Air Painting "Corners of Totana, organized for the fourth consecutive year, to be held on Sunday 24 May, which portray the urban landscapes of the locality.
The basis of this contest, whose works will be shown at the Exhibition Hall "Gregorio Cebrián" from May 25 to May 31, state that all those who wish to participate in it must reside in country and also have more 16.
The theme is "Totana Corners" and the free technique, on a rigid support of 65x50 minimum and maximum of 1.16 x81, which may or may not be framed with a strip of 3 cm in maximum width.
All supports shall be provided with coupling means to be exposed.
Also, the support or white canvas background color will be provided by the author, being stamped and numbered on the back by the organization, leaving your data on closed escrow with the same number and in case of deterioration of the canvas, you can sealed one second before the damaged is delivered.
In the registration form include the following information: name and surname, ID number, address, telephone number and signature.
The registration and sealing of the paintings will be on the day of competition at the Exhibition Hall "Gregorio Cebrián, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and delivery of work in the same place from 17:00 hours to 18:00 hours, being exposed for the delivery.
The organization will provide participants with plans showing the selected areas of town where they can carry out the work which will take place "in situ" are not admitted by the painted picture.
The jury, chaired by the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García, as vice president, will be made by qualified and well recognized in the art world in Totana appointed by the competition organizers, being an odd number, five at least not directly connected with the contestants.
The awards winners will be established for a total of 2,100 euros, which will provide both the city of Totana with 1,100 euros and the company's Gelato Ibense with 500 euros.
In addition, awards to works whose authors residing scored in Totana has 500 euros from the Department of Culture.

At eight o'clock in the afternoon, the exhibition opens to the public and will proceed to the reading of the Act and the awards ceremony.
The resulting award-winning works will be signed by the author on the front and become the property of the sponsor of the prize.
Finally, other works on display may withdraw from the Exhibition Hall showing the receipt, from May 31 until June 12 in time from 18 hours to 21 hours, otherwise regarded as donated to the Ministry of Culture.
