The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, announced this morning, after holding a meeting with entrepreneurs that is going to develop the great works included in the Local Investment Fund, which for the achievement of the works are to be used to 522 people, of which 110 will be hired as new employees.

Martínez Andreo, explained that thanks to good management carried out by the Department of Planficiación and Sustainable Development and the Comprehensive Maintenance Services and the City, has achieved the procurement of works with great benefits for the municipality Totana.

Thus, as reported by the mayor, the 5,086,996 euros of the total of 21 projects, have raised a total of 1,143,036 euros for economic improvement, money that will lead and promote the town of Totana.

In this sense, the municipal councilor has indicated that companies bidding works have also been committed to the City Council to support cultural activities, sports and social.

With these improvements, in the words of Martínez Andreo, addition of new hires and job creation, are all residents of the village which benefits from the activities to be supported by these companies through the efforts of the government team.

These people, who are in emergency situation by not having a job and start receiving assistance from the City Council with a value of almost $ 1,000 per family, will be the first to be hired by these companies.
