The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, has invited the political group spokespersons of the Consistory and the leaders of the Platform Against the route of the AVE for Totana, to accompany him to the meeting will continue next Friday 30 January with the charge of high-speed projects in the area south of the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (ADIF), Alfonso Gonzalez, Sevilla.
This meeting is the result of institutional arrangements that has held the mayor in relation to the issue of AVE as it passes through the town.
Thus, as explained Martínez Andreo, the Consistory is working to make this project does not harm the general interests of the residents of the municipality, as the way it's designed prevents the construction of the Intermodal Freight Station.
Since this is a topic relevant to the town of Totana, the mayor has encouraged the spokespersons of the political groups, members of the Platform and concerned to accompany him to the meeting in Seville, as thus will be given more voice to those affected and can apply directly to one of the heads of the organization, the demands of the residents of Totana.
