The Councillor for Agriculture, Livestock and the City of Totana, Juan Pagan, took part yesterday in the Regional Seminar on photovoltaic systems on roofs in agricultural and livestock facilities organized by the Union of Small Farmers and Ranchers, UPA, in Totana.
Many stakeholders attended the briefings were given by industry professionals at the headquarters of the Community of Irrigators of the municipality.
During the day the farmers were informed about the policy changes to existing legislation and also advised on the type of electrical installations.
