Fixtures and costumes from the region of Murcia project in an exhibition and cultural traditions of earlier centuries

The chorus "Santa Cecilia" in collaboration with the Culture Department of the City of Totana, has, for the fourth consecutive year, an exhibition which shows the equipment and costumes from the region of Murcia.

The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García López, inaugurated on Saturday the exhibition is installed in the room "Cebrián Gregorio."

City officials encouraged all members of the association to continue working on the same line, "contributing to cultural enrichment and local folk recovering the advantages Fri customs and traditions" and encouraged everyone to visit this exhibition aims to promote and restore the traditional culture totanera.

For their part, members of the choir "Santa Cecilia" they handed over a gift to the mayor and the mayor of Culture, as a token of appreciation for the collaboration in organizing the event.

The exhibition will run until November 2 from 18:00 to 21:00 pm weekdays and from 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00 hours, holidays.
