The Board of Spokesmen, which has involved the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, spokesman of the government team, José Antonio Valverde Queen, and the council of the United Left, Juan José Cánovas, calls for progress in the normalization of institutional relations between the political groups of the Consistory.

During the workshop, which was not attended by the representatives of the Municipal Group Socialist Left United has pledged to present a proposal that will bring the ideas to the municipal group considers necessary for perfect functioning of local government.
At the next Board of Spokesmen, said Martínez Andreo, will discuss the points that Izquierda Unida present, but "can not be discussed proposals of the Socialist Party because they have not participated in the meeting."
Another of the agreements that have been taken in the Board of Spokesmen is the active participation of opposition groups, in this case the United Left, in the preparation of municipal budgets.
The intention, according to the mayor explained, is that groups develop their proposals to be presented at the next Board of Spokespersons and so that they could take into account in the preparation of budgets, which will be discussed in full in November.
With this agreement, according to the municipal councilor stressed, ensures that municipal budgets are participatory and that opposition groups can see reflected their proposals, as will reflect the efforts of representatives of the productive fabric of the municipality.
During the meeting, policy makers have broken the items to be included on the agenda of the extraordinary plenary session for the month of October to be held on Tuesday 28 and not include emergency motions.
