A total of 25 children are benefiting from a new edition of the Christmas School, held within the project "Holidays 3.0", an initiative of reconciliation held in the CEIP "Santiago", Dec. 23 January 5.
The activity is sponsored by the Youth Council and the Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle", which has visited the Minister of Youth, Inmaculada Blazquez, in order to meet site development program.
The main objective is to provide parents and mothers services reconciling work and family life coinciding with the three school holiday periods, the councilor, who was accompanied by the representative of "The Candle" Jesus Amoros.
In the same boys and girls between 3 and 12 years are involved;
and it has a one-time fee of 20 euros per participant.
The mayor announced that the program will be expanded in future editions, as it plans to hold on Easter and next summer to coincide with school holidays;
and he regretted the large number of users have been left out of the call for the early completion of the share registered.
This activity is intended to provide a fun and educational space of time where children can perform various activities, crafts, workshops of artistic expression and creativity, homework, sports, games, group dynamics, workshops on healthy habits, including other activities.
The activities, which are all guided by qualified instructors, is being conducted in that school "Santiago", more specifically, on days 23, 24, 28, 29,30 and 31 December and 4 and 5 January 2016 from 9:00 to 14:00, respectively.
