The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, has addressed the residents of this town in what was his first Christmas message, transferring their best wishes for happiness, harmony and brotherhood in these days of Christmas;
and waiting for the arrival of the New Year improve the overall situation of Totana and its neighbors.
He recalled that these are days of recollection and the family company, while on break from everyday activity;
so he advocated take this time of year to make a simple reflection on those who suffer and are faring worse in this town for lack of work or illness.
Further he argued solidarity with those neighbors who need affection and companionship and hoped by all people of the world who are in a tricky situation of life as refugees or those suffering from wars, immigration or ill treatment, among others.
He said he hoped that during these days the residents of Totana, have the best possible in the company of loved ones and in 2016 all the desires of people come true.
Finally, he gave a message of hope and optimism for the new year to improve the situation of many families and the economic status of the City because, he said, depending on how improve the situation will be better in the quality of life and conditions all citizens of Totana.
