Motion in Parliament Earn Totana Municipal Group Izquierda Unida to establish a participatory budgeting process.

Since Earn Totana IU, we want to promote the recovery proposal and implementation of Participatory Budgeting, by setting up citizen boards for neighborhoods and districts.
In this way, we will make the residents of Totana are participants and protagonists in decisions that are taken from the fields of political and social life, and that budgets represent the cornerstone.
To do so, perform a process of knowledge of the state of municipal accounts by the residents of Totana, followed by a participatory process, whereby collect the opinions and suggestions of the people, in order to valuing each and allocate these budgets for the purposes deemed most appropriate and that consensuen among the largest possible number of people.
Earn Totana The Municipal Group IU considers of utmost importance that citizens / as involved in the political life of the municipality and active part in decision-making that takes place from the public institution.
Therefore, we raise the full the following proposal:
-Approval The establishment of the Participatory Budgeting process by setting up citizen boards for neighborhoods and districts, as the cornerstone of collaboration and citizen participation.
