Resolution of delegation of powers to license activities.
Mr. Mayor-President, dated 23 September two thousand and fifteen, has issued the following Resolution No. 3,012 / 2,015:
Seen by Resolution No. 2216 Hall / 2015 , dated June 19, it was agreed to organize municipal activities in the various councils, including the Business License, naming Ms Mª Isabel López Molino to play the powers of the same.
Needs seen by the Service and for good management of cases, it is necessary to delegate their licensing activities.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by Article 21 of Law 7/1985 of April 2;
RDL 781/86 24 of 18 April and 41 of the Rules of Organization and Functioning Legal System of Local Corporations,
I resolve:
First.- delegate Councilman Carlos Enrique Méndez Ballester, to perform the functions of the Bureau of activities, which are attributed the following powers:
- Establishments opening licenses, legalization of existing disciplinary proceedings related to its competence.
Second: To delegate the signing of procedural acts and other writings that do not involve the right to terminate, without this delegation involves the transfer of exercise of jurisdiction.
Third: This delegation is made without prejudice to the holder of the competition itself seek to signing any matter it deems appropriate.
Fourth Report this resolution to Messrs. Councillors concerned and its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, regardless of their effectiveness from the day of signing this resolution.
