The mayor, Juan José Canovas, the first deputy mayor, Andrés García, and various representatives of the municipal government have recently met with neighbors of San Jose in order to address some issues affecting this area of ​​town.
The meeting was held at the local office of this district, and was attended by members of the Board of the Association of Residents of San Jose and dozens of neighbors in general.
Attendees raised to members of the municipal government team some of the communication problems that has suffered this neighborhood and traffic are given in Cañada Zamora and adjacent street.
Moreover, they moved the lack of public spaces as the social center of the neighborhood adjacent to existing CEIP "San Jose", whose works are without end.
The government team raised the protest work that will lead to the Autonomous Region to build in the future west ring and boost urban regeneration of the district of San Jose.
To this end, the need to eradicate shanty towns was raised by building a public space next to the chapel, the impulse purchases of houses and facades rehabilitation programs by the Municipal Society for the Promotion of Industrial Land and Housing Totana (Proinvitosa).
The neighbors, who appreciated the initiative of the council with responsibility for municipal management to account for their intentions, called for the need to make investments in public spaces.
The advisability of conducting a study of traffic in the streets of the neighborhood and the feasibility of opening a channel of communication with Main Street Sevilla and Canico also addressed;
