The Department of Social Welfare and Disability, in collaboration with the Terrace Cafe "Martin's II", will organize a series of solidarity concerts during August nights in this place to benefit the Association of Parents of Mentally Handicapped of Totana ( PADISITO).
The councilman of Youth, Inmaculada Blazquez, accompanied by the manager of this restaurant, Martin Miras, and the president of PADISITO, Javier Bańos, presented this initiative will be held with a concert every week for the next four in August.
All concerts will be held in the Cafeteria "Martin's II" located in Bridge Street, number 11, from 23:00;
and are totally acoustic performances with free admission.
This will start this Thursday, 6th starring the show "Solo Guitar Show" by Juanma Ruiz.
The program continues on Wednesday, the 12th, with the "Porcantar" group;
Thursday, August 20, will perform totanrero Juanfran Esparza;
and Thursday, the 27th, so will the duo José Antonio Aanoutse and Enrique Gonzalez.
The councilor thanked the artists and their collaboration with PADISITO advertisers and congratulated the association for the great social work being done for years;
while the institutional support provided to promote this kind of solidarity and cultural activities that serve to energize the center and the summer nightlife in Totana.

For his part, President of PADISITO thanked the partner company and all the sponsors for their diligence to put this initiative that will assist 25 families are beneficiaries currently underway in this entity.
He recalled that PADISITO been working since 1993 to improve the quality of life of these people and announced that from Monday until Sunday 15 users and 7 volunteers participate in traditional camp summer vacation in a rural house in Puerto Lumbreras, which each year organizes this association, which serves as respite care and to enhance the autonomy of users.
