As indicated in the motion, there is a need in the town of Totana to build variant or West ring linking vehicle traffic around the center of the city, avoiding running on its streets.
This ring or variant join the old N-340 on its way through Totana out of town towards Lorca with the RM-502, joining the ring or variant north.
So that all traffic in or out to Aledo and the Sierra Espuņa Regional Park would be channeled without navigating the ancient voyages of Totana, vehicles may use these access routes to choose that interests you to enter or exit city, being closed ring northwestern town of Totana.
And in July 2011 it was the Mayor of Totana and was Chairman of the Regional Executive they said that this ring or variant was a priority for the development of the municipality.
