The Local Government Board has recently approved the specific administrative clauses and techniques that govern the tender and award of contract of special bar-restaurant in the sports center "December 6" and cantina at the Sports Complex "Valley Guadalentín "of El Pareton-Cantareros.
This contract meets the need to serve and meet the demand for restoration of the users of the aforementioned sports facilities.

The award of this contract will be performed by open procedure and the bidder agrees to pay the City a fee for the use of municipal facilities for the provision of bar-cafe purpose of this specification, which is set in the amount of 3,600 annual euros, to be paid monthly twelfths right parties.
The payment of these amounts will be held from 1 to 7 of each calendar month in the current account that the City will provide the contractor;
and breach of the foregoing obligation shall be sufficient cause for termination.
Bidders may offer improved amount of this fee.
The contract period is five years, renewable by mutual agreement on an annual basis, up to a maximum duration of ten years including extensions.
