QUALITY OF LIFE: To optimize resources and services available in the city to build an integrated personal services that meet the needs of different groups RED: families, children, youth, seniors, people with disabilities, etc.
It will result in improved social services, education, leisure and culture, etc.
TRANSPARENCY IN THE MANAGEMENT AND DEBT REDUCTION: Transparency at present is a public demand with which we are committed.
