The City Council will close on June 8 and, on the other hand, it does provide service on May 22, the feast of Santa Rita

The Department of Human Resources reports that yesterday the General Negotiating Committee, composed of the union representatives of municipal workers, in which the change of the festival under the Convention Collective Agreement-agreed framework under 22 met May, feast of Santa Rita, on the 8th of June.

This change is due to the proximity of the election day of municipal and regional of May 24 that requires a great organization and mobilization of municipal workers and the services of the municipal administration itself.

This agreement shall be approved by the full council, so that on May 22 will be business-working and June 8, the eve of the Feast Day of the Region of Murcia, will be declared a holiday and closed the Consistory.
