From the local Board of CITIZENS in Totana, from today 11th to February 20th, open a deadline for registration and internal affiliation, to make a survey of all persons who may be interested in participating with us as part of our list candidates in the upcoming primary elections for the City Council, which, to begin the process, are waiting to give us dates and deadlines, from our National Secretariat for all municipalities in the Region of Murcia.
- What are the primary elections ?.
A (primary nomination), or just primary, primary election is an election in which voters under one jurisdiction in this case that of Totana, select the candidate that a party present at a subsequent public choice.
In other words, it is a democratic form of pre-select the candidate that a party shall submit to a particular electoral process.
The "Primary" are more common in the United States, not only for presidential elections but also to choose candidates representatives, senators, mayors, etc ...
- Who has to file this APPLICATION to participate in the list ?.
All persons wishing to participate in the list, sympathizers or independent.
Except AFFILIATES people, unless they are given if any AFFILIATE, express your interest in competing with another to occupy the same position in the list, be it to City Hall or councils.
What time do I have to submit my application and participate in the list ?.
The deadline for entega of APPLICATIONS day 11 to day opens today February 20, (10 calendar days).
Where do I have to send the request to participate in the list ?.
May be sent by email to totana@ciudadanos-cs.org hand delivery to the Board of CITIZENS any of its components.

- What is the vote of the candidates and where ?.
It will be in Totana.
The date and place of voting will be announced in time, once the national executive committee CITIZENS announce the start date of the primary process for all municipalities in the Region of Murcia which presents this match.
From officially open primary process, will be officially public all candidates, both party as outside it through a press conference, so they can start their campaigns on the mode and manner they see fit .
- Who can vote on it is marked for primary, candidates from the list ?.
They may vote all people who are interested in participating, members, supporters and candidates themselves or simply consider that this opportunity can participate directly by selecting the person they would like to represent them in the City through our list.
Logically, all have to be honest and exercise all voting with the intention that comment.
- What documentation do I need to provide to rate the candidates on the list?
When voting, only, you are prompted by the table, show your ID, like any municipal, regional or national elections.
The ballots for mayor and councilors have available the polling place.
- Where do I download the application form for participation in the list?
