The Full Council of Totana, in extraordinary session yesterday approved with votes in favor of PP, contrary to the PSOE and IU-Greens, and abstention from unaffiliated councilor, Belen Muniz, modification of several agreements urban planning in order to adapt to the current economic reality and the new model proposed zoning in the General Plan.

The Mayor of Totana and responsible for Planning, María Isabel Sánchez, explained that the modification of these agreements, which were signed in 2006, has two main features.

On one hand, in the village, both of Totana like Paretón, agreements have adapted to major sectors to promote a more rational growth of two separate helmets management.

Furthermore, outside the village, it has reduced the building area.

The elevation of these agreements, published in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia for 20 days, the full City Council, as stated by the municipal councilor, is the pre-approval of remedying deficiencies Municipal General Plan step Urbana, to be debated in Parliament in a few days.
