The city of Totana and PROINVITOSA organized a training workshop on "Analysis of the Labor Reform," in collaboration with the company's training and temporary work FASTER, the latter entity that has extensive experience in the industry and in our region and extensive experience in these matters.
The event aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals of the municipality, has been given by two great professionals: Carolina San Martin, PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and substitute the Social Chamber of the National Court Judge and Jesus Macias, Social Graduate and above in HR expert.
The speakers informed the latest developments of the labor reform on labor contracts, changes in working conditions, layoffs, collective bargaining and mediation in the labor market and reform of Law 14 / 1994 regulating temporary employment.
After the show, they have answered all the doubts and questions from the audience.
