Totana Town Council held the official ceremony of "Homage to the flag" next October 12, Columbus Day, at 13:00 in the Plaza of the Constitution, coinciding with the festival of Pilar.
The event will take place at the end of the Civil Guard Mass celebrated in the Convent of the Three Hail Marys;
and will feature the band's musical group of Totana and Coral Santiago.
This year the official event coincides with the celebration of the activity "Solidarity Square" in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja, a meeting of associations of the municipality in which associations can expose, sell, buy and exchange used goods and handmade products or promotional items of their association for maintenance and funding.
